When we decided to have a quick break from our 14-church visitation on Maundy Thursday, we came across an establishment with a bright purple signage that offers affordable and delicious Chinese cuisine: Mr. Ube Rice and Noodle House, a restaurant from the same company behind Eng Bee Tin.
